Wakatsuki Mariko's Flower Fairy Doll / Elfin Florery / Bisque Doll
16.50 $
Description
Thank you for looking.
This is a bisque doll by Mariko Wakatsuki, purchased nearly 30 years ago.
Titled Elfin Fairy, this piece features a flower fairy with translucent white skin and striking blue eyes.
It has been kept at home, but due to age-related deterioration, the wings are torn in places, and the wires in the wings are rusted. There are also stains on the feet, and the clothing has faded, so the condition is not very good.
Rather than displaying it as is, I believe it would be wonderful if someone who enjoys handmade crafts could remake it themselves as they see fit, allowing it to be reborn beautifully.
I hope this doll finds its way to someone who feels a connection with it.
