✅ This is a training item designed to develop the feel for movements called barrel turns, swing outs, and grip flips, and to improve the accuracy of vertical swing techniques.
✅ Made from PVC pipe, it is lightweight and puts no strain on your wrists or arms. Suitable for users from children to adults.
✅ By developing the feel for initiating the swing by listening to the sound of the snap, you can acquire a swing path that allows you to align the sweet spot of the bat with the pitch trajectory at an early stage.
✅ It also helps improve the skill of timing.
⚠️ The concept and sound-making phase differ from the Counter Swing.
