Description

MEINL Percussion Meinl Claves Wood Claves African CL3RW Hollowed out body

This is a percussion instrument used to produce the basic rhythm known as the clave, which is indispensable in Latin music.

The CL3RW is an African clave with a hollowed-out, cylindrical hole in the center of the body, a structure that allows the sound to resonate and expand, producing the highest volume among the models.
It has a low pitch and a soft sound.
By holding it with your palm cupped around it, the space acts like a soundhole, and you can control the tone by adjusting how you grip it.
