Product Condition
There are slight scratches in places on the rod blank that are not noticeable but do not affect performance.
The rainbow coating has worn off due to frequent washing.
The threads are clean with little to no fading or cracking. There is no rust on the guide frames.
The grip cork is not heavily soiled. The worn areas have been repaired. The trigger area has been rubbed but touched up, so the scratches are not noticeable.
To those considering the Scorpion 17113R2
I also owned the Scorpion 17113, but the World Shaula is significantly lighter, stiffer, more sensitive, and performs at a completely different level. Of course, it also casts further. The titanium guide frames prevent rust, and I believe it is a reasonably priced rod for actual fishing.
