This allows you to neatly tighten the sanshin's tida (body wrap).
It also gives the instrument a more refined appearance.
Each piece is carefully handmade by artisans, so there are slight variations in shape and thickness.

As colors and patterns are unique, each item is one-of-a-kind.

* The chiga (body), tida (body wrap), and Edo-himo (cord) are not included.

The length is approximately 66mm, and the thickness is between just under 2mm and 3mm, with slight variations from piece to piece.
The hole for the Edo-himo is not large, so it should be fine with standard Edo-himo.
If you intend to thread thicker cords, the hole can be easily modified, but this may compromise strength.

This tida tie will significantly change the appearance of your sanshin.
It will not affect the sound.
Recommended for those who are particular about aesthetics.
