Thank you for viewing my listing among many others.
This is a Mac mini purchased new in 2012.
I bought it on impulse at the time, but ended up mostly using my custom-built Windows PC. This Mac was only touched a few times during setup and has been carefully stored in its box ever since.
I've decided to list it now as part of a room declutter and PC maintenance.

Regarding the value of this unit:
This Late 2012 model is said to be the last masterpiece that allows users to upgrade memory and replace storage themselves, unlike current models.
With the recent AI boom and demand from engineers, more people are reportedly using this model as a base for modifications and creative projects. It's rare to find such a pristine, unmodified, full-original unit on the market.

Condition:
Usage: Extremely well-maintained, used less than 10 times in total.
Exterior: No noticeable scratches. The ports on the back are still shiny and in excellent condition.
Interior: Fully original, with no modifications whatsoever.
Environment: Stored in a dark place, smoke-free, and pet-free.

Operation and OS:
For this listing, I have initialized the storage (erased data) to protect my personal information.
I then attempted to reinstall the OS, but encountered an Apple ID server authentication error. Currently, it is stopped at the OS not installed (recovery mode boots) state.
I believe someone with technical knowledge could reinstall the OS easily, but it will be sold as-is. This is reflected in the slightly lower price.

Specifications:
Model: Late 2012
CPU: Intel Core i5
Memory: 4GB (not modified or upgraded)
HDD: 500GB
Accessories: Main unit, power cable, instruction manual, original box (all included)

Shipping:
As this is a precision instrument, the original box will be securely packed with bubble wrap and shipped promptly.
I hope to pass this on to someone who will use it with care or has knowledge of maintenance. Thank you for your consideration.
