ZEN CAN Signature 6XX (With Defects)

Description
This is the iFi audio ZEN CAN Signature 6XX.
Regarding the 4.4mm balanced connection on the front, there is a poor contact, and depending on the position, the left channel may not produce sound (it can be used without issue by adjusting the plug until sound comes from both channels and then securing it in that position).
It is likely that there will be no problems if used without moving it after fixing it in place.
Other than the above point, it operates without any issues.
This product should be suitable for those who will use it with single-ended connections (6.3mm and 3.5mm), those who can repair or replace the 4.4mm connector, or those who plan to operate it with the plug fixed in place.
We would appreciate it if you could purchase this item with the understanding of the above points.
Immediate purchase is welcome.
