These are markers that attach to pegs from Taiwanese product design.
They are used to prevent tripping on pegs or ropes in the dark.
Simply open the lid, insert a CR2032 button battery into the light base, and you're done. Easy to attach, easy to remove.
Wrap the rope around the spiral part of the main body and place it over the peg.
Press the power button to turn it on.
