I purchased this for the TC Roo Tent Family and used it once on a lawn site.
It is a perfect fit for the TC Roo Tent Family (250cm x 210cm).
This is a sturdy groundsheet with a silver coating on the back.
Currently, only the M size is sold on Amazon, and I could not find the L size.

There are no noticeable tears or scratches, and I believe it is in beautiful condition.
The included pegs and guy ropes are unused.
