I purchased this used, but unfortunately, it doesn't fit my tent model, so I'm reluctantly selling it.
The condition appears to be very clean based on my inspection.
There may be some oversights. Please understand that this is a used item.

This model is not compatible with current models.
I tried attaching it to my current model tent. (See photos 1-4).
It can be attached, but the method for attaching the guy lines is different, so the tent cannot be secured. I considered modifying it but decided against it.

The instruction manual was printed from a PDF on the mont-bell website.
According to the manual, it is not compatible with models prior to 2014.
It appears to be attachable to the 2015 and 2016 models. A compatibility chart is also available in the mont-bell PDF. Please see photo 18.
It seems to be a model-specific fit for a limited period. This might be just what you're looking for.
