There are no noticeable stains, but please understand that as an outdoor item, there may be some minor dirt or grass caught from use.
The poly-cotton material is warm in winter, and with 4 mesh sides, it offers excellent ventilation for comfort in summer. I believe this is a tent that can be used year-round.
Setup is quite easy. Two people can set it up in under 10 minutes.

Will be shipped in a size 140 package.

Direct pickup is also possible.

Below is a quote from the manufacturer's details:

A bedroom tent specifically designed for Japanese camping scenes, based on a classic A-frame structure.
By using four side poles in addition to the two main poles, it can be set up in a small area, and the high walls create a structure that does not feel cramped.
This New Classic Tent achieves a balance of classic appearance and high functionality through the use of poly-cotton and polyester fabrics, as well as aluminum alloy poles.
