This is a used Yamaha AD8HR microphone preamplifier with AD converter (currently in working condition).
Current price on Sound House: ¥267,000
The AD8HR is a high-quality 8-channel AD converter with preamplifiers, based on the head amplifier circuit technology of Yamaha's top-of-the-line analog mixer, the PM5000.
With input sensitivity ranging from -62dB to +10dB, it can handle everything from microphone to line inputs.
It allows for space-saving microphone input expansion for digital mixers such as the 01V and LS9, so why not upgrade the sound quality of your main channels?
Furthermore, head amplifier remote control is possible from compatible digital mixers like the DM2000 and DM1000.
It is equipped with two digital AES/EBU (D-sub25) outputs, and can also function as a splitter.
The following functions were confirmed during the preparation for this listing:
● Power ON/OFF
● Operation of each switch, selector, and rotary encoder, and level meter display
● HPF and phantom power operation for each channel
● Audio output from each channel (ch1-ch8) input to AES/EBU output (2 systems)
● Head amplifier remote operation from compatible digital mixers
● External synchronization via WORD CLOCK IN (BNC)
Please understand that only basic functions and listening checks have been performed. Therefore, please accept this item as is, with no claims or returns.
