This is a listing for two RCA attenuators with a -6dB attenuation level. I am selling off some extras that I made for the JA-S51. Amplifiers from the 1970s-1980s were designed with the assumption of connecting to audio equipment with lower output. If you connect tuners, cassette decks, CD players, USB DACs, etc. directly, the output is often too high and can over-input the amplifier. By attenuating to an appropriate signal level, you can improve the sound quality, removing muddiness and achieving a clearer, more spacious sound.
