This item was used a few times to tow a waterproof bag containing luggage while swimming between islands at sea.
It is not particularly deteriorated, but I am listing it because I have purchased a different product from another manufacturer.

There are no noticeable scratches or dirt on the exterior, but this is my personal judgment, so I have deliberately listed it as scratched or dirty.
