[Product Details]
This is a pre-assembled, finished Z gauge (1/220 scale) structure of a church from the German model manufacturer Kibri.
It is extremely finely detailed, with realistic reproductions of spire decorations, window designs, and wall textures.
Based on the markings on the box, this is a rare building in Z gauge size.

[Condition]
• Exterior: Carefully assembled with no noticeable damage, but as it is an old item, there may be slight looseness of small parts or age-related changes in paint.
• Bottom: As shown in the images, there is an opening for installing lighting. If you insert a lighting unit (sold separately) inside, you can create an effect where light spills from the windows.
• Size: Please refer to the scale in the images and Z gauge standards.
• Accessories: The original box (damaged) is included, but please consider it as part of the packaging material.

[Notes]
• This is a very delicate model. While we take the utmost care in packaging, small parts (such as the tips of spires or decorations) may come off during shipping. In such cases, please repair them yourself with plastic model adhesive.
• Please only purchase if you understand that this is a used, pre-assembled model.
