Excellent used condition, Harvard Common Press paperback edition of Vegetarian Planet by Didi Emmons. I'd say this is in like-new condition. The pages cover, spine, and interior are all clean and tight. No writing, no staining, no damage I can find. It was clearly barely used. 350 recipes total. James Beard Foundation Award Nominee. Red spine with yellow text and a colorful vegetable illustration on the front cover. Original cover price was $29.95. I don’t think I ever even used it. So it’s pretty much brand new.
