Vintage hand painted ballerinas B. Sylvia Wooden Crate caddy box Planter 1997

Handcrafted wooden crate planter or storage box featuring a charming hand-painted folk art scene of two ballerinas in white tutus. Signed by artist B. Sylvia and dated '97, this unique piece showcases a rustic slatted wood construction with a decorative cutout silhouette of the dancers. The natural wood grain and warm tones complement the black-background painting. Folkart, cottage core. There is a distinct, dark water stain line running across the bottom section of one side panel (see photos). The wood is structurally sound, dry, and solid, but the discoloration is visible.
