This is a falda (skirt) from Iberia Hermosa.
Striking, colorful random polka dots dance on a black background, and the vibrant blue godet, starting from 28cm from the waist, provides ample flare to the skirt.
There is no stretch.
Measurements (laid flat):
Waist: 31cm
Hips: 42cm
Length: 92cm
The hem of this skirt was originally long, so it has been slightly shortened. The cut edge has been serged (see last photo).
A choker has been made from the cut fabric. There are many hand-sewn parts due to the sewing machine not working well, but it should be usable as a costume accessory.
No other damage is apparent. It is a beautiful item.
There is a slight scent of fabric softener from when it was last washed.
