This is a cast iron Jingisukan pan that was included with a set from Anbe, a long-established Jingisukan specialty restaurant in Mizusawa City, Iwate Prefecture.
While it was not labeled as Nanbu Ironware at the time,
it has the same construction and weight as the same model currently sold (made of Nanbu ironware).
With a finely finished cast iron texture,
the far-infrared effect allows meat to be grilled plumply.
There is almost no rust or scorching, and the condition is good.
