Vintage Original by Sharif 1827 Hand Painted Leather Parrot Tropical Satchel

Beautiful and highly distinctive Original by Sharif 1827 leather bag featuring a colorful tropical design with parrots/toucans, hibiscus-style flowers, lush foliage and shades of turquoise, green, pink and blue.  This is one of those wonderfully artistic Sharif pieces with tons of detail throughout — even the interior incorporates a vintage map-inspired print that continues the travel/adventure feel of the bag.  The bag has D rings for a shoulder strap or crossbody attachment (not included).  Condition: Good vintage condition with visible age/use consistent with an older artistic leather piece. Leather shows natural creasing, surface wear, rubbing and areas of color variation/distressing, particularly around edges, corners and high-contact areas. Hardware has normal surface wear. Interior shows some spotting/discoloration from previous use.  The colorful artwork still presents beautifully and the wear gives this particular style a great broken-in, bohemian character.
