Sunn Tube Lead 60 Guitar Amp (Made by Fender)

Sunn Tube Lead 60 Guitar Amplifier.

This is a tube amplifier manufactured at the Fender factory and is considered virtually equivalent to the Fender Super 60.

It is listed as slightly flawed, so please read the sections marked with ※ carefully before considering your purchase.

I purchased this new around 1991 because I wanted that classic tube overdrive sound. The catalog I brought home with it is shown in image 14, so please refer to that for specifications, etc.

When I tested it recently, there was a slight crackle when turning the knobs, but the reverb worked, and it produced the same clean sound as when I first bought it.

However, the volume is quite high, and I couldn't turn the volume past 3 in my home, making it difficult to use for practice. Also, its weight of about 25kg made it difficult to transport, so I ended up using a JC-120 that I purchased separately as my main amp, which is why I'm selling this one.

I will include two GT-6L6 C vacuum tubes shown in image 12, which I purchased as spares at the time.
I don't recall ever using them, but one of them has a slight wobble in its neck.

※Regarding Slightly Flawed:

※Image 15: There is a missing piece at the tip of the phone jack for INPUTS 2. Although sound was produced when a plug was inserted as is, it has been repaired with adhesive and is now usable. (Image 17 shows the repaired state.)

※Image 16: There is a missing piece at the tip of the phone jack for the footswitch. This has also been repaired with adhesive and is usable, but please leave the plug inserted. There is a risk of it breaking again if you frequently insert and remove the plug. (Image 18 shows the repaired state.) The footswitch can be replaced with a general-purpose one.

※The phone jacks appear to be made of the same type of resin material, and there is a risk that other jacks may also chip. If you have repair skills, we recommend replacing them with new ones.

Packing and shipping will be handled by professionals. The pickup date for the shipping company is uncertain, so the shipping time is set longer, but we will respond as quickly as possible.

Thank you for looking.
