This is a handmade hand-cranked roaster with a cover, capable of roasting 100g to 400g.

Items you will need:
- Gas stove
- A container to receive roasted beans (e.g., a colander)
- A cooling device (e.g., a fan, hairdryer)

The drum is made of stainless steel.
★ The rotation shaft is steel, and the stirring blades are aluminum.
There are 2 stirring blades on the side of the drum + 2 blades at the rear of the drum. The side blades are attached at a slight angle to the drum, creating a structure that makes uneven roasting less likely (See 5th photo).

Stainless steel cover (frame is aluminum)
- It prevents heat from the stove from escaping and heats the beans from all directions, allowing for ideal roasting.
- The flip-up design means you don't have to worry about where to put the cover when you stop roasting.

You can measure the temperature during roasting (See 6th photo).
★ Thermometer is not included.
- Managing roasting temperature allows for highly reproducible roasting.
- A cooking thermometer can be inserted into the small hole (4.5Φ) in front of the hopper.
- The test spoon can still be inserted and removed even when a thermometer is attached.
★ Caution!! Since this differs from the intended use of a cooking thermometer, you are responsible for any issues arising from its use or malfunction.
★ Caution!! The drum cannot be detached without removing the thermometer.

If the product breaks due to correct usage within 30 days of purchase, we will repair it free of charge.

As this is handmade, please excuse any imperfections in appearance or scratches.
The stand, in particular, uses L-shaped brackets which have inherent scratches.
★ These do not affect roasting, but those who prioritize appearance or are sensitive to such details should refrain from purchasing.

In tests with the prototype, roasting was smooth with minimal unevenness (See 10th photo).
Durability tests showed no issues with continuous roasting for approximately 60 minutes (3 consecutive 20-minute roasts).
