Vintage Norman Rockwell “Dreaming in the Attic” collector plate by the Edwin M. Knowles China Company. This plate was the first issue in the Rockwell’s Rediscovered Women collection and features Rockwell’s nostalgic scene of a young woman sitting in an attic with a small dog surrounded by antique furnishings and keepsakes. The reverse identifies this as an individually numbered limited edition, Plate No. 80415, produced in an edition strictly limited to 100 firing days and certified as a “True Rockwell Classic” by the Rockwell Society of America. Measures approximately 8.5” in diameter. Made of fine china with a decorative patterned border and rich vintage Americana artwork. A great addition to a Norman Rockwell collection, Knowles collector plate collection, Americana décor, vintage gallery wall, or traditional home display. Pre-owned vintage condition.
