The shaft feed stopper is the current model's spiral type.
It is not the washer type, which is prone to malfunction.
It is also not the uneven type.
This is the newer model.
*The only difference from the current model is that the hopper opening is wider.

Fully overhauled for peace of mind.
Disassembled, inspected, serviced, defective parts replaced with new ones, washed, and cleaned.

Exterior
The aluminum die-cast base had its primer become powdery due to weathering and peeled off. It was completely stripped along with the paint using a baby sander.
A new primer, Plasum, was applied, and after drying, it was repainted in matte black, followed by a matte clear coat for hardening.

The hopper and lid are genuine and have some minor scratches.
The hopper has some minor cracks at the insertion point, so grip tape was applied for reinforcement.
The tape was applied to the exact thickness and size to fit the main unit, so there is no vibration or rattling.

The lid is in good condition with no cracks or chips.

A dedicated catch can is not included.

Interior (Power System)
The motor and shaft were disassembled and inspected. The shaft was determined to be defective due to fine powder and was replaced with a genuine new part.
The insertable bearing case has been refilled with new high-speed molybdenum lubricating grease.
This grease offers excellent lubrication and durability.

★ The motor rotates like new as both the bearing and grease have been replaced.

★ The burrs have no chipped edges and show little wear, allowing for consistent grinding.

The shaft rubber is not loose and is functioning normally.
It prevents fine powder from entering the shaft bearing.

Original new brass washers have been installed on the shaft spring stopper.
This prevents the shaft rubber from being damaged by spring tension.

The shaft bearing behind the adjustment dial was determined to be defective and was replaced with a genuine new part.
This maintains stable motor rotation.

Multi-grease has been applied to the spiral part of the adjustment dial.
The adjustment dial turns smoothly.

All parts that come into contact with ground coffee have been lubricated with H-1 (white) food-grade grease, which meets world safety standards and is heat-resistant with a viscosity of NO.2, the same as genuine parts.
This grease is suitable for food safety and lubrication.
