Sterling Silver 925 Pink Stone Ring Size 7 or 7.25

Sterling silver ring marked 925, featuring a large round pink center stone with clear accent stones in a split-shank setting. Modern style with a bright pink and silver color that stands out as a statement ring.  Someone told me it MAY be a Pink Sapphire, but I believe it's a Pink CZ or something like that.
