Purchased 6 years ago at Iidaya on Nakamise-dori in Asakusa, Asakusa Temple.
Japanese dance fan, black lacquered ribs, 9.5 sun size.
A beautiful Japanese dance fan with a purple gradation and silver patterns.
Would make a lovely decorative fan for interior decor or as a souvenir for overseas visitors.

Although inspected by an amateur, no stains or dents were found.
