These are diamond checker wooden grips with built-in weights for the M1911.
The wood is relatively hard and firm.
The screw hole pitch is 78mm, the same as for Marui and Western Arms.
The weight is nearly double that of grips without weights, providing a balanced feel without making the grip side too heavy.
The second image shows an example of it attached to a Marui frame (frame not included).
We cannot confirm compatibility with specific models (compatibility with Tanio-Koba GM7.5 has been reported).
