This is a Paloma gas stove, the Grand Chef model.
Purchased in 2019 and used normally.
I splurged and bought it for nearly 100,000 yen at the time, but I am selling it because I moved to a rental apartment with city gas.

The top plate is made of hyper glass coat, which can be cleaned with a quick wipe.

The fish grill is double-sided and allows for independent heat adjustment of the upper and lower burners.
It comes with two timers, one for the fish grill and one for the stove (common for left and right burners). It's a great feature that automatically cooks fish to your desired doneness just by selecting the cooking level. It's very easy to use.
High-temperature cooking is possible. It simplifies deep-frying by managing the temperature.

All parts are included, but the accompanying La-Cook accessory is not. Also, the grilling rack is a standard type, not fluorine-coated.

⚠️ The top plate is misaligned by about 5mm, but there are no issues with its operation.

When I tried to remove burnt-on food from the grill's glass surface with a hard sponge, it caused some scratches.
I have cleaned off as much dirt and burnt-on residue as possible so you can use it comfortably, but please understand that as an amateur, it may not be perfect.
