Tea ceremony utensils, tea party, brazier, for hearth, hiire (ash container), unglazed, Raku seal
23.10 $
Description
I am organizing my parents' home.
This is an old unglazed horaku that belonged to my mother. My father apparently bought it for her as a gift in the past (she called it Hiro-iri).
The signature Raku-in is clearly stamped on it.
I researched it and it resembles the Hiro-iri seal, but I cannot confirm its authenticity.
It shows clear signs of use.
Please check the images for details.
I would be happy to pass this on to someone who will cherish it.
I am looking for someone who understands this type of artwork, can appreciate that it is an old item, and will take good care of it. Thank you.
