Strawberry Thief was designed by William Morris in 1883. It was part of a group of designs incorporating animals with flowers. Liberty first produced it as a furnishing fabric in 1979. 100% Liberty cotton Tana Lawn. This is a handmade to order item. The fabric comes from Italy to England and then to me and the price reflects the fabric cost and my time and expertise of over 50 years of sewing. Liberty Fabrics have been at the cutting edge of design and decorative arts since 1875. The designs are hand-painted by the in-house London studio team, then printed at the Liberty Printing Mill in Italy. The fabric is special and GORGEOUS!!! Bundle to save. Smoke/fragrance free home.
