【Rare/Beautiful Condition】Pearl China Tea Set for 5 & Teapot 22K Gold Trim

This is a tea set from the American vintage brand Pearl China, featuring a beautiful, aurora-like luster.

[Historical Value and Rarity]
Pearl China was a prestigious brand that dominated the American market from the 1930s to the 1950s. Production at their own factory ceased in 1960, making this a highly rare collectible item available only in the antique and vintage market today.

[Design Features]
The most distinctive features are the **luster glaze, which emits a pearlescent, iridescent sheen, and the luxurious 22K gold** decoration. It exudes the vibrant and elegant atmosphere characteristic of mid-century American design.

[Condition]
Considering its age of several decades, the set is in very good overall condition for a vintage item.
I purchased it from an overseas vintage shop and displayed it myself, so it has not been used.

• Gold Trim: The teapot and four cups show almost no wear on the handles or rims, retaining their original luster. The slightly uneven gold edge is not due to wear but is a Brushed Edge finish, intentionally incorporating brush marks.
*One cup shows some rubbing on the rim. The pearlescent glaze visible on the inside appears to be from the manufacturing process.

• Saucers: There are some surface scuff marks visible depending on the light (see images 11 and 12). There are no major cracks or chips.

• Cleanliness: Both the teapot and cups are very clean, with no tea stains, dirt, or signs of internal use.
