Vintage 1983 Cooks Tools Garlic Salt and Pepper Shakers Set Box Tuesday Morning

Brighten up your kitchen counter with this delightful vintage anthropomorphic salt and pepper shaker set from Cooks Tools, complete with its original 1983 box. Shaped like textured, cream-colored heads of garlic with upright green stems, these collectible novelty shakers feature adorable hand-painted smiling faces and bright blue eyes. Produced in Taiwan during the peak era of novelty kitchen collectibles, the Cooks Tools brand became famous for infusing everyday culinary items with playful artistry and retro mid-century charm. This pre-owned set includes its original retail box prominently stamped with item number 24775 and the production year 1983. Adding to its historical charm, the box still bears the original vintage price sticker from Tuesday Morning. Founded in 1974 in Dallas, Texas, Tuesday Morning became a legendary closeout retail chain known for sourcing unique, high-quality home decor and international collectibles at deep discounts. This surviving sticker offers an authentic snapshot of 1980s retail history. Each shaker features functional distribution holes on top and includes its plastic bottom stoppers. They are the perfect addition to a farmhouse kitchen display, a novelty shaker collection, or a unique garlic-themed vignette. Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. There is one small glaze imperfection located just above the lip on the shaker with two holes, which looks to be from the manufacturing process.
