◎ Standard Model of Direct-Attach Sole Ayu Tabi
Split-toe type for strong footing, with pin felt soles that grip onto rocks.
● This Ayu Tabi is based on 5.0mm thick chloroprene with hard rubber applied to the toe area. The split-toe design allows for strong footing with the toes, the direct-attach sole, and the cut pin felt with full-length slits work together to allow you to feel the riverbed rocks under your feet and achieve excellent grip. Drainage is designed to flow from the sole, preventing gravel and debris from entering.
● Protect your feet with chloroprene material and hard rubber.
The 5.0mm thick chloroprene material is combined with hard rubber to firmly protect your feet. The toe guard protects your toes and is a great asset on rocky terrain.
● Split-toe for strong footing
The tip of the tabi is split, allowing for strong footing even in the water.
● Center zipper for easy on and off
The large zipper on the front improves accessibility and allows for smooth on and off.
● Instep strap for a secure fit
Properly tightening the instep strap secures your foot inside the tabi, reducing strain on your toes.
● Dekasole with a large contact area
The direct-attach Dekasole has a large contact area, ensuring stable movement on fishing grounds. The size of the sole also directly contributes to reducing damage to the tabi body.
Additionally, the sole has cuts mainly on the sides and appropriately on the length for easy flexing.
