Vintage Ornate Silver Cherub Picture Frame
N/A
79.00 $
Description
This ornate figural piece is an antique or vintage silver repoussé picture frame densely decorated with high-relief cherubs (putti), vines, and floral motifs. Features heavily embossed silver in a baroque or Renaissance revival style, populated with multiple winged cherub figures. It is finished with a blue velvet or velour easel-back stand. Beautifully crafted. Please see pictures for measurements. *I have searched on multiple sites and this image comes up as sterling silver, but it might be silver plate. I cannot find a 925 mark on the piece. I’m not sure, so it is priced well below suggested value. Its a heavy, beautiful frame.
