Vintage Samsonite oyster suitcase in black - good condition

There it is--the myth, the legend, the Samsonsite oyster suitcase! As iconic as it is non-ergonomic (at least for those over six feet tall), the oyster suitcase is coveted for its classic design and nearly indestructible construction. This one has been going strong since the eighties or nineties, when my parents presumably bought it, through the 00s, when I used it to lug clothes and books back and forth between the west coast and east coast in college, through the late 10s, when it accompanied me on a trip to Japan and served admirably (though the aforementioned non-ergonomic qualities became apparent). Now it needs a new home. The suitcase is in excellent condition--it opens and closes without issue (though I do not have the key for it) and the wheels roll smoothly. Now you too can look like a hard-charging though cynical 80s era businessman or businesswoman! (Note that Poshmark's categories make me choose between men bags or women bags, but this pearl of an oyster could work equally well for both men or women.) Approximate dimensions are: 8x20x24
