Handmade Folk Art Starburst Appliqué Wall Hanging 20x21 Polka Dot Quilted

Charming handmade wall hanging featuring a folk-art starburst of appliquéd polka-dot circles in red, pink, orange, yellow, green, and navy on a cream background, finished with a cheerful blue-and-white polka dot binding.  Unlike a traditional soft quilt, this piece has a firm foam insert rather than batting, so it hangs flat and structured — more like a padded picture than a draped quilt. Two fabric tabs at the top for easy hanging.  The back is a bonus — a bright folk-art floral print in green, orange, and yellow with a coordinating-yellow bottom band.  Measurements: approx. 20” x 21”
