I bought it for my child, but they only used it 2-3 times and quickly stopped playing with it, so it has been stored indoors.
The tires still have tread, and I believe it is generally clean.

The two screw holes were weak, so I reinforced them, but there is a possibility they could come loose.
Even without them, the other parts are tightened, so I don't think it will cause any issues, but please do not purchase if you are concerned.
