Block Buzz Buzz Deb Mores 1999 Large Bee Canister Cookie Jar

This is a rarely seen piece - a beautifully preserved vintage Block Buzz Buzz ceramic canister designed by Deb Mores from the late 1990’s. One of the large pieces in the collection, this cookie jar canister is hand-painted from the discontinued Buzz Buzz collection, a coordinated series of collectible ceramics featuring soft pastel colors, neutral tones, whimsical bees, botanical details, and the distinctive raised dotted accents associated with the collection. Approximately 10 inches tall, this is a substantial piece from the design pattern and makes an impressive addition to a collection. Beautifully preserved and in excellent vintage condition, the piece has light crazing throughout typical of vintage ceramics along with a 3mm manufacturing mark as shown in the photos. No chips or cracks; clean, crisp interior. 7 diameter, approx. 3.5 lbs. The Buzz Buzz pattern is discontinued, and is rarely found on the market as pieces are primarily limited to private collections.
