German Hussar Nutcracker in Blue The Blue Dragoons Soldiers‎ EUC 13.5" Tall

This sells for $275 new This one is preowned in terrific condition. Checked over thoroughly, there are a few light scrapes around the brim of the hat, just in the paint, not in the wood. But see nothing else to note as far as issues. The base on this one is blue, unlike the base in the online photo. Unsure if this one is older? Or why that base would be different. Also unsure about the Blue Dragoons piece taped to the bottom. This German Hussar Nutcracker in Blue NCD049X3025 stands about 13 1/2 inches tall and is a fine example of the craftsmanship found in the Erzgebirge region of Germany where the wooden nutcracker was first created. German Nutcrackers come in all different sizes and colors. The styles are traditionally kings and soldiers. Grouped together, they make great Holiday decorations.
