Description
A set of five antique Imari ware hexagonal sake cups featuring colorful figure paintings.
The calm indigo of the underglaze blue is beautifully contrasted by the red, yellow, and green overglaze enamels, creating a piece that combines the elegance and splendor characteristic of antique Imari.
In addition to the refined hexagonal shape, the figure paintings are also rich in character, and the charm lies in being able to enjoy a different expression on each cup.
Not only are they practical as sake cups, but they also add a touch of sophistication to any space as decorative items.
