Soles / Marking: These shoes feature high-density, carbon-reinforced rubber traction pods. This premium compound provides incredible slip resistance but is prone to leaving temporary black scuff marks on light-colored indoor floors if dragged.  Collar Flaw as seen in last photo (New With Defects):** While the shoes are new and the leather upper/soles are unworn, the thin synthetic binding strip along the inner ankle collar has started to dry out and flake due to age storage (see close-up photo). This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the structural integrity of the genuine leather shoe. Priced accordingly!
