Vintage 2002 Avon Rhinestone Accent Women’s Watch, model FSC 17312-1.  Brand new and never worn. This watch has been stored in its original Avon packaging and includes the original box, display insert and paperwork.  Features a beautiful rectangular silver-tone case surrounded by sparkling rhinestone accents, a light-colored dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, and a classic black strap.
