Snare Drum Brass Hoops Pair Chrome Plated 14 inch 10 Hole Excellent Condition

This is a pair of upper and lower brass snare hoops sold by Japanese garage maker Drummer's Base.
They are 14 inches, 10-lug, and have a standard triple-flange shape (outward-rolled rim).
This is a nearly unused item, only tested once after removing the die-cast hoops from a SONOR snare.
Therefore, there are no visible rust or scratches.
Compared to aluminum die-cast hoops, brass pressed hoops produce a softer, brighter, and more elegant tone for rimshots, whether open or closed.
On the other hand, they have more mass than steel pressed hoops, which increases the low-end frequencies and reduces unwanted overtones, resulting in a higher-class sound.
I ended up switching to die-cast, but I believe you can enjoy the difference in tone by replacing the hoops on your current snare.
They were approximately ¥20,000 for the pair when purchased new, so this is quite a bargain.
Some negotiation is possible, but please consider this price first.
