Amber blown glass hot air balloon hanging ornament with wire and woven basket. Beautiful transparent amber glass balloon features a ribbed/swirl form with an applied clear glass hanging loop at the top. The bottom is finished with metal wire supports and a miniature woven basket, creating the look of a hot air balloon gondola. An unusual piece of art glass decor that can be displayed year-round or incorporated into holiday decorating. Approximately 4 wide across the glass balloon. Weight approximately 4.6 oz. Preowned condition. Glass appears free of chips and cracks. Metal and basket components show age-related finish wear, discoloration and patina. No maker's mark or original packaging noted.
