Description
Bring a touch of pre-war roaring twenties sophistication to your tabletop or vanity display. This exquisite antique three-slot porcelain ashtray is a stunning survivor from the height of the Art Deco era. Masterfully crafted by the renowned Morimura Brothers (Noritake), it bears the prestigious green M-in-Wreath authenticity backstamp. The piece showcases a beautiful, creamy white glazed well framed by an elegant pastel-yellow rim. The exterior profile is decorated with a vibrant, hand-painted botanical landscape featuring stylized rust-red and plum-purple floral blooms accented by delicate hand-inked black borders and structural raised details. While originally intended as a fine smoking accessory, this shallow dish functions beautifully as a unique catchall tray for rings and fine jewelry.
