J.Crew black thin wool blend trousers (fair condition)

Low price due to garment’s  condition.  Price is firm  Please ask any questions before purchasing. I always double check the condition of an item before I accept an offer, I will let you know if I find anything that I missed.  Garment needs to be washed. Garment was purchased secondhand. Garment may smell like fabric spray ( I did not spray the garment, it was purchased that way ). Garment is listed as fair condition due to many rips (or moth holes) on front of garment, stains on front of garment, pilling on inside of waist, fuzz inside one of the back pockets (hard to photograph), needing to be lint rolled and dry cleaned. Garment is not faded; my home has bad lighting . There’s also a very tiny hole at waist that goes thru inside of garment. Garment can only be dry cleaned (there’s a tag indicating this but was hard to photograph). Sorry if I missed anything. This garment isn’t in the best condition. The rips are on the pant legs on the front, couldn’t find any on the back. Inside button closure is loose but isn’t falling off. Back pockets need to be seam ripped a bit more. Garment is not lined.
