Showa Retro Mini Folding Table, Tsugaru-nuri style synthetic resin coating, scratches, dirt, and rust present

This was used by my family member who lived alone in a Japanese-style room in an apartment. They kept it next to their *kotatsu* (heated table) to hold tea utensils, a pot, and other items, so they could reach them at any time. The legs had been extended for a long time, so they were stiff to fold. They folded with a gentle tap. The mechanism works by a hemispherical protrusion being pressed into a round hole by a spring, which maintains the legs in their extended position. When this is released, the legs fold. The surface coating appears to be a hard resin, and what I thought were scratches turned out to be a pattern rather than damage. It's a design where scratches and patterns are indistinguishable.
