Vtg 1957 Ricoh 500 Rangefinder 35mm Camera Set W/ Original Box & Manual AS-IS

Up for sale is a beautiful, historically complete vintage 1957 Ricoh 500 35mm rangefinder film camera kit. This set was recently recovered from an estate and comes complete with its rare original Riken Optical Industries three-piece factory box, inner tray, leather ever-ready case, and original printed reference manual.   Camera & Serial Details:       Camera Body Serial No: 7513      Factory Box Insert Lens No:15615 (Handwritten on the original inner tray)     Lens:Riken Ricomat 45mm   Condition Notes (Selling Strictly AS-IS / Untested)    Mechanical Function: The camera is completely untested with film. The shutter, trigger advance, and internal mechanics have NOT been functionally verified. It is being sold as a historical collectible, display piece, or candidate for restoration.    Cosmetic Body Condition: The metal top plate and dials are in good vintage shape with crisp lettering and light micro-scratching. The lens glass shows typical dust. No deep structural dents are present on the body housing.     Leather Case & Strap: The original leather case shows heavy patina, cracking, and a mottled white residue/bloom on the back surface from decades of storage. The leather carrying strap is physically snapped/broken near the buckle (see photos)    Box & Manual: The original cardboard box is completely intact but shows structural wear, including a split corner on the outer sleeve rim and edge fraying. The manual is intact with light yellowing and minor corner creases.
