Vintage Interlocking Wooden Alphabet Blocks Lot 16 ABC Picture Toy Raised Stripe

Lot of 16 vintage wooden alphabet and picture blocks featuring an unusual interlocking/stacking design. Each block has raised ridged sides that allow the blocks to nest or fit into one another. One ridged side is painted red striped, while another is blue striped. The illustrated and lettered faces feature a mix of red, blue, green, and brown/orange coloring, with animals, transportation, letters, and other early-learning images. Each block measures approximately 1¼ square. These have substantial age and use wear, including fading, scratches, darkening, edge wear, paint loss and surface marks. The worn finish gives them a very appealing primitive antique-toy look. Please review photos closely for condition and the exact assortment included. Great for antique toy collections, primitive décor, nursery displays, photography props, assemblage art or vintage holiday decorating.
