The chest strap can be slid up and down to secure it at the perfect position.

Although it's an ultra-lightweight, compact backpack, it can hold approximately 3 x 650ml PET bottles.

PET bottles can also be stored in the front lower pocket.

Additionally, small items like keys can be stored in the small pockets on both sides of the waist strap (see photos 3 and 4).

The back area, which can get hot during runs, is made of mesh so transparent you can see through it, ensuring excellent breathability. (See photo 5)
